Private 1:1 coaching for high performers

Retire from alcohol.On your terms.

I retired from alcohol on April 16, 2025, after six years of preparing. Now I help high performers make the same decision, one-on-one with me or at their own pace.

Colin Casillas, founder of Prepared Sobriety.

562 days. LDL down 33%. 23 lbs lighter.

Wednesday, 9:40 at night. The house is finally quiet, and the wine is already open on the counter.

You said just one tonight. You said that last night too.

Nobody at work would guess this is how most of your nights end.

Thursday, 8:00 AM. You're running the meeting, sharp enough that nobody notices, and promising yourself tonight will be different.

You don't need a rock bottom to be tired of this. You need a plan that's private and practical, so you can take your evenings back and keep everything you've built.

Who you'd be working with

For years I knew alcohol was costing me. A clear head. Patience. How good a husband, father and friend I could be.

Around 2019 I started preparing to stop. On April 16, 2025, I retired from alcohol.

Four months later my LDL was down 33%. I'd lost 14 pounds without changing my diet. Within ten months I was off two medications.

I've been coaching people since April 2025.

When we talk, you're talking to me. Not an intake team, not a coordinator. Me.

The five stages

You go through them at your own pace, with no rulebook and no label.

  1. 01

    Visualization

You're quietly picturing life without alcohol, and noticing what it costs you.

  2. 02

    Identity Drift

Who you're becoming doesn't match who you meant to be.

  3. 03

    Compounding Friction

Brain fog, weight, irritability. The costs stack up until you can't ignore them.

  4. 04

    Decision Point

You connect the dots, pick a date, and tell people.

  5. 05

    Retirement

Day one isn't the finish line. It's the start of everything compounding the other way.
