I’m Colin Casillas. I drank regularly for 30 years and from the outside looking in, I was fine. However, my blood pressure was 168 over 104 and that was on medication. I retired from alcohol on April 16, 2025. By February of 2026, it was 120 over 77 without medication. Your results may look different.
If you’re worried about someone else, book the call for yourself. I won’t contact them.
If you’ve been thinking about this and haven’t told anybody, that was me. I never told my wife I was thinking about stopping. You don’t need to be sure you want to stop.
The first call is 30 minutes on Zoom or by phone if you’d rather and it’s complimentary. I want to hear why you’re thinking about this and whether I can help you. Then you decide whether you’d like to work with me.
On your calendar, it just shows up as Call with Colin Casillas. Book a time and tell me where things stand.
